Great Game August 31, 2010 Mahoghani Was very happy with this game. My son just loved the fun characters and would play it for hours if I let him. And he's already moved up several levels. I like how the levels automatically get harder or easier depending on how they do. Great way to reinforce what they're already learning in school.
Reader Rabbit keep goin and going... July 15, 2010 Thomas Schmeltzer (Marietta, GA United States) Reader Rabbit appeared on the market in the 90's. This version of the product continues the long line of successful motivation programs. My 7yr. old grandson pleaded with us to get a copy for home use because the one he used at school kept resetting and he had to start over again gathering his "boat parts" to free Reader Rabbit from the PiRats!!! fantastic... motivational and very age appropriate!!! Solid math content!!!
Keeps things moving and plenty of math options for variety March 9, 2010 Soccer Mom MN (MN) Our 5 year old daughter is the one we purchased for and she enjoys the options which are all types of math (subtraction, addition, etc.) but it also has a great feature of time.
The program is goal oriented for achiving different or higher levels and can adjust the difficult as well as the level of learning increases. Easy to load and use.
NO NOTEBOOK, NO PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS October 26, 2009 CAROL HALPERN 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I am a tutor. It would have been much more usable if I had printed instructions on each game, the goals, the concepts being taught and the levels of diffculty. Some of this information is on the disk, but you have to open each game and figure out what it is teaching, and how the game is played.
Reader Rabbit Math October 13, 2009 Kay J. Keen My 6 year old loves this game and would play it for hours if we let her. It's a fun quest-type game which teaches a variety of math skills. Great game!
